Session Cancellations
The session fee, less a $35 administrative fee, is refunded if cancelled within 72-hours of the session start date. If cancelled less than 72-hours or in the first 7-days after the Session start date, the session fee, less the registration fee, is refundable. If a session is cancelled 8-days or more after the session start date, no refund will be issued.
Registration Fees
A $75.00 Registration Fee is charged at the time of registration, unless otherwise stated on the registration form. Registration fees are 100% refundable if enrollment in the Session is cancelled within three (3) business days.
Independent-Study Course Fees
Independent-Study course fee are not refundable. Typically, participants have 30-days to complete the purchased course, unless otherwise stated upon purchase. Extensions for access to purchased course content are granted on a case-by-case basis by contacting support.
