Overview
Attendees will be instructed on the Certify Delight Loop approach to shaping customer experiences. By applying the concepts and theories acquired during the Certify Delight Loop Experience Phases, participants will outline a service routine using the provided template. This template comprehensively covers all elements necessary for providing a service, encompassing staff, resources, and each section of the spa visited by the client throughout the service process. Identifying the costs related to service delivery and pinpointing any gaps or disruptions is the main benefit of this session. By utilizing the CDL Service Ritual template for each service, you can create the spa/salon's operations manual. It is highly advisable for participants to finish the Certify Delight Loop Experience Phases course prior to enrolling in this course.
