This is the first of four (4) modules in the Certify Delight Spa Management program. In Module 1, you'll learn:

  • Intro into the Certify Delight Loop roadmap - - What it is, its origins, the foundational elements, and applied sciences.

  • Financial literacy

  • Spa KPIs

  • Spa Menu Engineering  to determine profitability and popularity of each item on the menu

  • Spa operations and the Certify Delight Loop

  • Evaluate, Refine and Repeat - the iterative process; and

  • Certify Delight Loop for controlling, organizing and planning
